Welcome to CKT Evolution of Energy. By accessing this website, booking a service, purchasing a product, or engaging in any service offered through this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase any services.

1. Services Provided

CKT Evolution of Energy offers intuitive readings, shadow work coaching, spiritual guidance, written readings, digital products, and related self-development services intended for personal reflection, emotional awareness, and personal growth.

All services are offered as educational, spiritual, and informational support only. No service provided through this website constitutes licensed mental health treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, diagnosis, or any licensed professional service.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Results vary by individual. No outcome, timeline, emotional result, relationship result, financial result, or life outcome is guaranteed.

All services, readings, coaching sessions, and written guidance reflect intuitive interpretation, personal development methods, and coaching support only. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, interpretations, actions, and outcomes following any service.

CKT Evolution of Energy expressly disclaims liability for personal, emotional, financial, legal, relationship, business, or health decisions made by any client before, during, or after services are received.

3. Personal Responsibility

By booking or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in coaching, intuitive guidance, or educational content and accept full responsibility for your own choices, responses, and decisions.

You understand that coaching and intuitive services are not substitutes for licensed counseling, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or medical treatment.

4. Crisis and Mental Health Emergency Notice

If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, harm to others, severe emotional crisis, psychiatric instability, or mental health emergency, immediately call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact Crisis Text Line by texting 741741.

Services provided through CKT Evolution of Energy are not crisis services and are not designed for emergency intervention.

5. Payment Policy

All payments are due in full before services are delivered unless otherwise stated.

No service begins until payment is received and confirmed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. No Refunds, Chargebacks, or Payment Disputes

All sales are final.

Because of the time, preparation, labor, customization, digital delivery, and scheduling involved in CKT Evolution of Energy's services and products, we're not able to issue refunds once payment has been submitted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• completed readings

• written readings

• coaching sessions

• digital downloads

• customized products

• scheduled appointments

• partially delivered services

• missed appointments

• late cancellations

Refund exceptions may be considered only under extremely extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of CKT Evolution of Energy. Approval of any exception is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Filing a payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or unauthorized claim after services have been booked, delivered, scheduled, prepared, written, partially completed, or electronically sent is considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing any service or product, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for services or materials already rendered, scheduled, prepared, customized, or delivered.

If a chargeback is filed for a completed or partially completed service, CKT Evolution of Energy reserves the right to provide payment records, written communication, booking confirmations, delivery timestamps, service descriptions, and agreement records to the payment processor, financial institution, or legal authority reviewing the dispute.

Any fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly false payment dispute may result in refusal of future services and further action where permitted by law.

7. Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling when possible.

Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation at the discretion of CKT Evolution of Energy.

8. Digital Product Protection

All digital materials, written content, downloadable products, PDFs, frameworks, teachings, and original written material are intellectual property of CKT Evolution of Energy.

No material may be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, resold, reposted, taught, altered, or claimed as your own without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Website Content

All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only.

Content may be updated, removed, changed, or expanded without notice.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website is used solely for communication, scheduling, and payment processing.

Your information is never sold or intentionally shared.

Secure third-party platforms may be used for payment, scheduling, forms, and communication.

11. Right to Refuse, Cancel, or Discontinue Service

CKT Evolution of Energy reserves the full right to refuse, decline, cancel, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, before or during a professional relationship, when deemed necessary for business protection, professional boundaries, safety, or ethical concerns.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• disrespectful communication

• repeated policy violations

• harassment

• abusive language

• inappropriate conduct

• manipulation

• boundary violations

• repeated last-minute cancellations

• nonpayment

• misuse of services

• attempts to pressure, control, or override professional judgment

Services may also be refused when a client’s needs fall outside the appropriate scope of services offered.

If services are discontinued after work has begun, any completed work, time reserved, written preparation, energetic preparation, scheduling, or delivered materials remain billable and non-refundable.

CKT Evolution of Energy also reserves the right to decline future bookings from any individual when prior interactions have demonstrated behavior inconsistent with respectful professional engagement.

The decision to refuse or discontinue service is final and requires no further explanation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CKT Evolution of Energy, its owner, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and any associated parties shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional, financial, personal, legal, business, spiritual, or other damages arising from or related to the use of this website, any content provided, any service purchased, any session attended, any written material delivered, or any digital product received.

This limitation applies to all services offered, including but not limited to intuitive readings, written readings, coaching sessions, shadow work guidance, digital products, spiritual guidance, educational materials, and all communication provided before, during, or after services.

By engaging with CKT Evolution of Energy, you acknowledge and agree that all choices, interpretations, actions, decisions, and outcomes resulting from services or content remain solely your personal responsibility.

CKT Evolution of Energy shall not be liable for any decisions made regarding relationships, finances, employment, legal matters, health, emotional well-being, family matters, business choices, or personal life circumstances based on information shared through services or website content.

No claim shall be made for dissatisfaction based on personal interpretation, unmet expectations, emotional response, subjective disagreement, perceived accuracy, timing of outcomes, or desired results not occurring.

Use of this website and all services is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
